Dance Candidates Application
Every dance group that wishes to be considered for inclusion in the film must fill out the application form.
They must also submit a video as their "audition." Include a link to your video on the application page.
Please specify if the group is made up of adults (18 years and older) or children (younger than 18.) If there are children involved, permission must be given by the parent or guardian of each dancer before applying.
Every dancer must be willing and able to sign a photo release at the time of filming.
